3 oz Dry Oloroso Sherry
1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz Liqueur Amaro
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon of toasted Caraway seeds
Crush and muddle caraway seeds in Collins glass. Swizzle all liquids in Collins glass over crushed ice, till proper dilution and chill. Float a bar spoon of Angostura Bitters over the top for garnish.
